Public Note can't be changed easily in Invoice Design

Describe the bug
I have long Texts in the Public Note Field, as i am using it to describe the Project. The current template is suboptimal for my usecase, as the Public Note only spans over half of the Page, see Screenshot below. I have my own Invoice Design and i now wan't to change that, but this seems to be not that easy, as the Public Note is included in one of the Tables which are on the Page.

Expected behavior
It would be more easy to change this if i can move the Public Note independently in the Invoice Design.
