Pagamento Type: I would like to suggest an update to allow me to create custom PAYMENT TYPES. Here in Brazil we use other payment types that are not on the list, such as "BOLETO BANCÁRIO" (Payment Slip or Bank Slip). In the US it is not a usual payment type, but here it is widely used.
