Option for clients to pay with their credit

When I am creating an invoice for a client I do not know whether the client has credit or not. This can sometimes be very frustrating for clients when we send them an invoice, but they actually do not owe us anything.

I think it would be ideal for credits to show up when creating an invoice and having the option to apply it, or at least give the client the option to pay with their credit.
