New Invoice Template - Split Parts and Labor Sections w/ Subtotals for Each and Sales Tax applied only to Parts

IJ is installed on Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS w/ Nginx.

Have you searched existing issues/requests?
No, I've engaged with a 3rd party recommended by the developer who thought code changes may be necessary to implement this in a custom invoice.

Additional context
For example, it seems that the invoices are easily modified if you know HTML/CSS and the IJ variables. Unfortunately I struggle with this, and I can't get it working as I'd like. Additionally I my current invoice has a top section with Parts, and this is taxed automatically (we can override tax on a line if needed.) and then a labor section below which is automatically not taxed. We have subtotals for each parts/labor section, a parts+labor subtotal, a tax line (on parts only), a discount line, and a total due line. Our customers seem to really like the parts and labor totaled separately.
