Markdown + HTML interpretation in invoices and quotes should be switchable (on/off)

Problem
As a long term user we have used the dash character to section parts of our invoices in invoiceninja v4 (see example, screeshot below). When upgrading to v5 these get interpreted as markdown syntax resulting in unwanted formating behaviour. This makes v5 unusable for us so far.
Featurerequest
Make markdown and html support individually switchable in the settings + disable markdown for v4 imported documents by default
