Looking to add a new payment gateway: Datacap

[Datacap]( is a payment platform/gateway used by many point of sale systems in physical retail stores. They also have a RESTful API called Pay API that can be used for websites/ecommerce. This could be implemented into Invoice Ninja as an additional payment gateway. I have worked with this company and Pay API before, so I could help add it. I also have multiple Invoice Ninja users (retail stores) requesting this now because they want to use the same payment platform that they use in-store. All users have standard accounts (not self-hosted). Is this something I could contribute with a pull request, etc.?
