Include Credits in Profit and Loss and Dashboard

On the border between a feature request and a bug report here, but currently, the profit and loss report does not include credits in the revenue figure. I just realised I've been overstating my profits on my tax returns because of this.
I also think it's worth deducting the credits from the Invoices amount in the dashboard so it reflects the business status better.
