Improve documentation about PDF troubleshooting, explain the options

Yes Additional context The .env file comes with the option PDF_GENERATOR set to phantom by default. This uses a generic API Key a-demo-key-with-low-quota-per-ip-address. This key doesn't work as there are most likely too many installations around which hit the limit. This then creates an Error 500 in the UI and the following error in laravel log: The troubleshooting guide ( shows different PDF options: • phantom -> which obviously should use a personal API Key or there will be errors on PDF generation • snappdf -> which is shown in the troubleshooting guide as "recommended". Why is this not the default then? And how can one install snappdf alongside Invoice Ninja?
