What environment are you running?

It would be helpful to allow for configurations on how the global search work. Such as allowing to search by custom values in invoices. I did manually add some changes to the code locally to allow for it to search by the custom value but if it were a setting in the GUI that would be great.
Also perhaps the possibility to change what content actually shows up on search, i.e. 'Client name - Invoice Number - Custom Field'.
