Additional context
When using the docker image, the web interface uses scripts from unpkg.com and fonts from fonts.gstatic.com
Especially when self hosting invoiceninja I don't understand why you would need to make those requests. Why not store the items locally on the server that invoiceninja is running on and serve them that way. Especially with the fonts I don't see any reason why not to include (even if it's just opt out) a toggle like "Use Browser default font only"
