Guys,
I want to share some honest feedback with you in hopes it's helpful.

I tried Invoice Ninja. I wanted to like it. But after setup, I found myself looking for another option. It just doesn't feel reliable enough to offer my customers as a serious business solution.

Some issues:
-Updates don't "just work."
-There are typos all over.
-Inconsistency of preference saving across various interfaces.
-Time tracking features are lacking.
-Gets slower the longer it's running
-Maybe most important: The setup guide is a mess.

I could keep going and going but to summarize, there's really a lot wrong and it's not obvious until the user has invested large amounts of time.

It's fine to use the community for QA, but it should be clearly stated that this is the goal so as not to burn bridges with your potential customers. Just my 2 cents.

That said, your team is super friendly, and very helpful. Wish you guys the best.
