Fixed extra bcc e-mail address for sending invoices: I would be delighted if it were possible to define an extra bcc address for sending invoices by e-mail, which is always contacted when an invoice is sent. At the moment I have to enter a CC address manually each time, which doesn't work for recurring invoices that are sent out automatically.
