Feature Request - Task time tracking by Employee and Subcontractor with comments

Feature Request - Task time tracking by Employee and Subcontractor with comments: All my invoicing requires detailed billing and part of that is the employee that worked on the task, for how long, and what was done. When time is added to a task the ability to put a comment on that time entry and who entered the time entry would be nice. Also I sometimes have to input time into tasks for sub contractors that don't have access to our invoicing/project management systems so Administrators shold be able to manually pick the employee who work on that task.
