[Feature Request] France: Support for mandatory B2B e-invoicing via PDP/PPF (2026-2027)

Hi Invoice Ninja team, I'm a French freelance web developer who recently migrated to Invoice Ninja for my invoicing needs, and I'm very happy with the platform so far! However, I'm concerned about upcoming regulatory requirements in France that will affect all businesses. Context: French B2B E-Invoicing Mandate Starting September 1st, 2026, France is implementing mandatory electronic invoicing for all B2B transactions. This is similar to what Italy did with FatturaPA, but with a different architecture.
