[Feature Request] Currency exchange fee for expenses: I've just bought a white branding license for Invoice Ninja, just as an example. While entering all the details as expenses, I've noticed that my bank charged me a small fee because of a currency exchange. Now I can't say that I've paid $20 with this or that exchange rate.
