[Feature Request] Add icon indicating there is text in field

[Feature Request] Add icon indicating there is text in field: On an invoice, it is not easily noticeable that there are notes/ data in one of the tabs. (Public Notes, Private Notes, Terms, Footer, Documents). Documents I believe does display a count which is nice, but the others do not indicate there is text in the field. I was thinking a font awesome icon when there is text might be useful:
