[feature request] Add global-Tab support

Hi,
i have a very important, feature request, to add like top menu a Tab system,
for example , first tab "Customers", second tab "Invoices".
I should to can switch from Customers-tab1 to Invoices-Tab2, and back again without lost state ( recordset, active record, focus, filter.. )
it doesn't matter if this might slow down the system.
