German Data Security is quite unflexible and wants to prevent any data transfer in a 2nd country, as well as america, where companies like mailgun or postmark have their main adress in.
I would like to suggest adding the provider brevo. Its already supported by symthony and would be useable in germany without any problems.
Maybe I will add this myself after my penging PRs.
