Email Template Always Centered (v5)

Describe the bug
All email templates have "align=center" assigned to the table

Also the edit preview looks correct with line and para breaks but the actual email has no line breaks (should post another bug report for this?)

Steps To Reproduce
Settings | Template & Reminders

Add in some text and view in Preview

Expected behavior
Text is left aligned. If people want centered text they can do it themselves in the template

This behavior differs from v4 which was left aligned.

Additional context
My company (and I suspect many others) has a long legal text which has to be attached to all emails. It look *awful* when centered <g>
