Do not apply decimals to item quantity if zero or not entered explicitly

Do not apply decimals to item quantity if zero or not entered explicitly: Sometime I have to invoice non-divisible items as domains or web hosting where it does not make sense (and in my opinion looks weird) to show the decimals. I cannot sell 0.78 Domains.
Also when invoicing time periods as hours or years the zero-decimals do not make sense in my opinion.
