Different (automatic) addresses for quotes (equal to invoice-addresses)

Hello @ all,
as a lot of companys have seperate e-mail-addresses for incoming invoices I'd like to have a switch for quote-addressing (and maybe for other documents, too). So one does not need to change the delivery-address for quotes and/or invoices etc.
