Convert Quote into Invoice by paying them

Convert Quote into Invoice by paying them: This feature request will purpose to be able to directly pay a quote and after the quote has been paid, create an invoice and add the payment to this invoice. This will garantuee a paid invoice, instead of an unpaid invoice due a mistake by the customer (for example, clicking on a Buy Now link when he was just looking around).
