Consider automatic archiving of a `client` when there's no activity since `x` or outstanding `invoices`, `quotes`, nor anything `draft` or `task` for them

This would work nicely to clean up and maintain the Clients list automatically. Ideally, they would be marked as Active again when there is some activity again.
