Client Name Change

Is there any way (within the invoiceninja.com hosted version of the platform) to prevent the client’s name from changing on an old / paid PDF invoice when updating their display name?

I have a client with several invoices under his name alone. Now that he’s married, I’ve updated his display name to “Client & Spouse [Last Name]”, and future invoices have both his and his wife’s name listed. Unfortunately this also changes the client name on the old invoices, which is confusing to the client since they were billed to him directly, and could pose a compliance issue since the spouse was not liable for these invoices.

It would be great if there was an option to lock the client name on a paid invoice.
