Describe the feature:
We should be able to alter the Create User Email Template just like the other ones. Currently the email is in Afrikaans even though the server is in English.
Steps To Reproduce
Create a user and look at the email in the user’s email account.
Expected Behavior
I would like to be able to customize this email to be in English.
