Allow SMTP configuration in the User Interface again

What version of Invoice Ninja are you running? ie v4.5 / v5 v5

What environment are you running? ZIP

Have you searched existing issues/requests? Yes

Additional context
Currently the SMTP / Sending Server configuration is only possibly when editing the .env file. In the v4 this could be configured in the UI:

In v5 these settings are gone. Making it difficult for non-tech-savvy people to change the SMTP settings (e.g. changed password).

Please consider getting this back into the UI in v5.
