Add user GUI options for email testing and email options?

Pretty much as it says. I suggested this at the forums:

and was requested to add it here.
So adding an option to configure all aspects of email servers etc in the Invoice Ninja GUI "Settings" --->"Email options" would make the system better and easier to configure and maintain too.

Also adding a "test email" option would be a of great value too in my opinion and make things less cumbersome
