Add CC Email to Email Settings to pre-populate CC Email section

This is what "Email Settings" has. You can configure a "BCC Email" which is useful for ensuring that you have a copy of a sent email from the system BCCed to a "storage" mailbox... but it would be useful if you had a way to set a pre-populated "CC Email" entry in the "Email Quote/Invoice/PO/etc" section that has a manual entry field:
