Ability to disable Google maps notification

We don't use Google (or as absolutely little as possible). We have no need to map our client notifications (this is a silly busy work feature for most invoicing applications but fine, some people might like it.

We don't want to see a really ugly warning about Google Maps API. We just want a checkbox to disable mapping completely and it's notification.

Additional context
I've searched everywhere for a place to disable it and cannot find one. I'd like this small fix to be reverse ported to v4.5 as a bugfix as we have no plans to upgrade any time soon. We are quite happy to continue paying for White Label and supporting the InvoiceNinja project otherwise. Heck, I'd pay for this fix personally.
