Trigger Behaviour based on response value

I use a tag to perform a POST request which returns authentication information, as part of this authentication response I receive an expiration time for the authentication. I would like to be able to trigger the tag based on this expiration time rather than having to provide a static time as this feels inefficient. The expiration time is in epoch format so it would probably be beneficial if we could specify the time format.
