Select root folder while duplicating a folder

It would be nice to have a feature that I can select a root root folder for the folder I'm duplicating, so the new folder will be created inside that folder hence I shouldn't rename it each time.

Currently the copy is appeared in the same place so I have to give a different name, move it into the folder where I want it to be created and then rename again.
