Reorder PKCE checkbox

Hello!

I would like to request an UI enhancement by changing the current position of the PKCE checkbox.

The current placement seems a little odd:

Would be possible to change to be like this?

I would submit a PR with this change, but on Ubuntu 20.04 the development guideline isn't working. There are errors related to electron that didn't fix with the rm -rf ~/cache/electron. I also deleted the node_modules/electron module, ran the bootstrap again, and it still didn't work.
