Open and close folders only when clicking on the folder icon

We configure many environment parameters in the collection folders. This means, that we click quite often on a folder, just to select that on and to modify the environment values.
For every click on the folder the folder toggles open/close, show content/hide content. This is quite annoying, because you cannot directly select a request afterwards, because to folder is closed.
You could consider this as a usability bug as well...

But lets call it a new feature: Only open/close the folders, when the user clicks on the icon. With that, there is a chance to select a folder without toggle...

This would improve our productivity, because less click are required to do our work.
