Insomnia VS Code Extension

I use insomnia extensively for API testing, and while developing an API I have to always switch between VS Code and Insomnia. And as both are made on top of electron, I face high RAM consumption issues because mostly there are a ton of open tabs on chrome and other applications as well.

Describe the solution you'd like
As both VS Code and Insomnia are made on top of electron, a VS Code extension with the beautiful Insomnia UI in a new tab would be really nice and would solve two issues at once
+ Context switching between the two applications
+ Sharing a single electron instance, which would reduce the memory consumption on the device.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If the full fledged UI cannot be ported, at least a bare minimum extension without environment support would also do.
