Encrypt the contents of AppData\Roaming\insomnia.Environment.db

We use Insomnia for web service testing at my organization. Our corporate policy requires us to use the Scratch Pad, which appears to store secrets in plain text in the file AppData\Roaming\insomnia.Environment.db. This causes the contents to be accessible outside of the Insomnia application.

It would be awesome if Insomnia were to encrypt the contents of that file in a future version.
