Add support for Database Access like REST/SOAP/GraphQL

I am very new to Insomnia, and I could not find any way by which we can access database like MySQL or MongoDB during automation. If tool provides support to access database and we can do CRUD operations, it would be a complete automation tool which can support Data Driven Testing. My agenda is to cross validate table entries on the basis of API response.

I am looking Insomnia to use for the component testing as it is easy to use and fast to automate but Database access is stopping me to use it. Currently I use JMeter for the same and it provides support for Database access. If DB connection can be made it would be great. Or is there any way by which we can still do and I could not find it. Or can we create any plugin which can connect with database as an individual request? Please let me know.
