Add scroll bar to everything scrollable

I was on my laptop, just downloaded insomnia and was going to change my preferences

i cant scroll downward because my mousepad dont have middle button, only left click and right click button. Please add scrollbar to everything scrollable in insomnia so i can scroll with left click in my laptop and not forced to use external mouse with middle button.
