Add link to data collection policy when application asks to opt-in telemetry.

When I first launch app I can see this:

Me, as developer understand how useful telemetry is, but I am also concerned about giving my personal data. And especially rest client can leak pretty sensitive data. Would be nice to put link to some page. Preferable not legal page, but human friendly page, that describes what is collected, and what is made with data, to not leak confidential information regarding WebAPI you are connecting to.
P.S. I as new user decided to pass for now.
Perhaps would try to dig through, but promise.
