Ability to reorder form fields

I could have sworn that was possible before... But it's starting to become a bother now. I somtimes want to change parameters from one thing to another but not wanting to delete the previous entry. See below:

As you can see I wanted test a different content type...But I don't want to have to continue switching back and forth during tests by typing...it would be easier to just click the active checkbox...which is possible...but the thing is this would be much better UX if I could have changed the order of my form parameters so that I can bring the two contentType fields closer to each other..
