UI: Use uniform language for "login", "sign out"

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report. • Yes The bug This is a minor "fit & finish" issue. Right now, both the web UI and the Android app use this inconsistent pair of terminology: "Login", "Sign Out" Terminology for logging in should be a consistent pair of {"Login", "Logout"} or {"Sign In", "Sign Out"} I don't know if any of the translations also have this problem.
