The issue with the lying ✔️ icon

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report. • Yes The bug This is basically a UX issue. But please stay with me. There is a setting in Immich, that controls whether images and/or videos will by syncd using mobile data. It's reasonable to have this turned off. It's also reasonable, that people are able to access Immich using mobile data, browser their images, search for images, and all while never syncing their newer images. Why? When Immich starts, there might be a spinning arrow icon in the title bar. 🔄 It will disappear after a second or two and the most interesting status icon up there will be a cloud with a ✔️ on it.
