multi cli upload hash first

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature ive been working with claud.ai about cli upload from my nas from multiple folders. where its one by one so that immich can get the files with hashes. then the next after waiting up to 25 minutes each for one to complete so that immich is aware of hashed files before sending up another folder. so this is our discussion. im thinking what would make this uploading better. is if the cli could be broken up to build hash, and then wait for a command to check hashes against immich , then upload. so that hashes could be ran on multiple folders at once then, upload one by one....
