Locale-aware name/place sorting

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report. • Yes The bug The /places view on the Immich web app shows the detected places in wrong order. It lists umlauted names first. For example in my case, I have places: • Alavus • Bennäs • Ähtäri • Äänekoski The above order is correct.
