Let users choose between local and external URL when sharing links

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, the app automatically uses either the local or external server URL when generating a share link, depending on the current connection type.

Please add an option to choose which URL should be used when sharing a link. For example, a user connected via the local network may still want to share the external URL so that recipients outside the network can access it.
