(iOS) Doesn't show relevant apps in "share" option

When I choose a picture, and click the share button, and then I see the list of apps I can share too, it shows many options (facebook, messages, etc) but "Print Layout' (Epson print app) doesnt appear as an option even though other photo apps I have do show it as an option.
