Find duplicates and deduplicate globally across all users

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Background I use Immich primarily for my family, essentially me and my wife with one of the kids starting to use it. We have used it for almost a year and really like everything about Immich, from the server/web functionality to the native apps. For us, we consider photos we take as being personal or shared, often without really identifying the photos we take. We share all photos and all photos show up in timeline.
