[Feature] Year labels in Timeline and show thumbs on scroll

The feature
Nice to have year labels like in Google Photos. It’s helpful for large libraries to navigate.
Also would be cool to see thumbnails on scroll instead of placeholders.
 photos in timeline alongside backed-up photos + Filter Photos Page Album
