[Feature] Web: prefetch unblurred thumbnails for timeline scrolling

The feature


This is hopefully quite an easy enhancement. When scrolling slowly, the blurred thumbnails are quite distracting (imagine having to refocus your vision every time you scroll), so it would be good to also load unblurred thumbnails *outside* the viewport, for example 100% (100vh) in either direction. This would mean blurs would only be visible when doing large scrolls or jumping using the timeline bar – which is more appropriate for refocusing one's eyes ;). Also, of course, it would make scrolling faster because likely thumbnails (those just out of view) are prefetched.
