[Feature] Use already existing video proxy intstead of transcoding, for external libraries

The feature

When importing an external libraries, it would be very useful to specify already existing proxy for videos in that external library.
This could be useful if proxies were already generated as part of a workfolw, or more specifically in my case: I use DJI Aciton Cameras, and they automatically generate 2 files, a .mp4 file and a .lrf (.mp4 with changed extension) to use in the app preview, it's essentially an already generated proxy. Since I have TiBs of video, it would be a waste to re-transcode them all instead of being able to specify the already existing proxy
