[Feature] Upload (Manual) Should Override Cellular data Preferences

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature When selecting "Upload" on a newly captured piece of media, I believe Immich should upload the photo, ignoring the Backup Options "Use cellular data to backup videos/photos". Use case: I have cellular for videos turned off because it's much faster when charging at night on my home network. But yesterday, I took a 30 second video and wanted to share it. Opened Immich, clicked "Upload" on the video, waited for a bit as nothing happened, gave up. I did not think about the Backup Options until today, but I believe those options should be overridden by the "Upload" button (or at least prompt the user to confirm: "Backup is set to upload this media only on wifi. Cancel (wait for Wifi); Continue (use cellular data)"). P.S. @alextran1502, this project is one of my favorite things ever. I hope …
